Maxwell’s patio is a perfect summertime hangout spot. The former loading dock of the Fleming Smith warehouse is now an outdoor oasis with bistro tables, hedges and Beauvamp striped pendants, providing a perfect compliment to our garden room when the weather allows.

Maxwell’s bistro-style seating, fresh floral touches, and playful yet refined design make it feel like a hidden European café, right in the heart of Manhattan. It’s no wonder it’s quickly becoming one of the top-rated outdoor patios for private events in NYC, perfect for everything from summer happy hours and birthday celebrations to brand activations and engagement parties.

Every Friday this summer, members can enjoy our beloved Maxwell Summer Fridays on the Patio and in the Garden Room. From 5 PM to 8 PM, we host an open bar happy hour, followed by a pasta bar from 6 PM to 9 PM—making this one of the best weekly events in New York for those who want to mix business with pleasure (and a little rosé).
