NY Tech Week was off to a great start thanks to Plaid and This Week In Fintech as they took over Maxwell Social with help of Plaid House as a hub of connection and conversation was created in our space. The event welcomed founders, fintech operators, investors and senior leaders as we opened our Grand Room and Garden Room, all of which sported the event's branding, designed by our in-house team that included mirror decals, 3D Plaid House installation and custom backdrops.

We had a full docket of events and specialized sessions:
• Will AI Marry, Kill, or Become PFM?: Fireside with Brian Dammeir (GM, Payments & Financial Management Products at Plaid)
• In an Agentic Economy, Who Owns the Customer?: Panel with Andrea Martone (Atomic), Rob Rooney (Hyperlayer), Bo Jiang (Lithic), and Oban MacTavish (Spade)
• Financial Crime in the Age of AI: Panel with Pedro Sanzova (Head of Fraud, Plaid), Will Turner (HSBC Innovation Banking), and Sebastien Badault (Ledger).
• Launching Stablecon Closing fireside between Nik Milanović (Founder, This Week in Fintech) and Keith Vander Leest (US CEO, BVNK).

We knew this would be a large program to manage, so to ensure the event would flow smoothly we decided to create different spaces all throughout Maxwell, like interactive stations with message recordings and table set ups for snack breaks, all prepared by our amazing chef, that allowed people to discuss what was talked about in each session.
One more event under our belt that shows a space is not what you see, it is what you make of it, and on this occasion our place became a hub for one of the industry’s busiest weeks in New York.
Ready to move your next panel series or corporate summit out of generic conference halls and into an unforgettable, fully customized environment?
