What makes Maxwell unique is our ability to host interactive cooking experiences that feel both professional and personal. Our Grand Kitchen is large enough for chefs to work at scale, yet intimate enough to make guests feel as though they’re gathered in someone’s home. That balance was on full display during Moon & Pepper, an activation developed by OpenTable for Blue Moon.
The series featured globally-acclaimed chef Vivek Singh, who took over the Maxwell kitchen on successive nights to prepare their signature dishes. Guests were able to watch, taste, and converse directly with the chef — a rare opportunity to experience culinary craft up close in a setting designed for dialogue as much as dining.
To match the theme, we transformed Maxwell with bold, spice-inspired décor and lighting that bathed the space in rich hues. The result was a vibrant environment where flavor, conversation, and design came together seamlessly.
