Cook Book Launch for Baked By Melissa in Maxwell's Grand Room

Out of all the launches we hosted at Maxwell Social, Melissa Ben-Ishay’s newest cookbook was something really special. Come Eat has one main philosophy: understanding the building blocks of a great meal, adapting to what you have and creating something effortless yet deeply intentional.

With all of this in mind, we didn’t want to create a rigid formal dinner, instead we transformed the space into a series of interactive culinary experiences.

Through the space we could see custom touches we prepared through our production studio, Maxwell Studios. The cookbook’s vibrant cover art adorned the kitchen hood, elegant logos caught the light on mirrors and walls and even the step-and-repeat of 19 square designs blended seamlessly into the space.

Guests had the opportunity to customize their own creations, from a sunday bar provided by Tillamook Ice Cream, a DIY Primal Kitchen salad dressing, and beautiful fully customized Hulken bags to take everything home. Butcher Box provided a nice selection of meats to be paired with Good Culture versatile products, all prepared using Caraway’s beautiful cookware line.
