A Feast for the Senses: Inside Our Spring Planners Showcase

by David Litwak | 2026-06-10

This March, we set out to redefine what a seasonal preview could look like by partnering with the brilliant Marcey Brownstein and transforming Maxwell into our own version of a decadent spring feast. The Grand Room was turned into a magical space with a dramatic table layered in deep red and golden tones that featured an artfully styled buffet. In true Maxwell style, the more you looked at our space, the more details you found that made you fall in love.

Thanks to Broadway Party Rentals we had a strong canvas in which we could host a room full of industry creatives who, like us, continue to raise the bar for experiences vs gatherings.

Okamoto Studio provided an amazing, otherworldly ice sculpture that was surrounded by rich and dramatic floral arrangements by Melarosa, carrying the narrative of spring through the entire venue. Every corner of the space was carefully considered right down to the stationary provided by Della Terra. DJ Dart Collective provided the music and Luis Zepeda captured the magic of this event through his lens.

This night was a vibrant reminder of what happens when top-tier event minds get together to create something memorable. Why host a standard event when you can host a feast? Book your next memorable gathering at Maxwell.
