Tommy Hilfiger, in collaboration with SZA, came to Maxwell to host their NYFW brunch. From the start, their creative vision was clear and working alongside their production team led by Replica, our role was to bring their vision to life in a way that felt seamless and true to their brand.

Tommy Hilfiger is an iconic brand, but for their brunch we needed to create something less “runway” while keeping their deep roots in American fashion intact. Our Gracie wallpaper was covered with a massive Tommy Hilfiger logo. The Tommy Hilfiger and Replica teams came in with their own books to make sure our bookcases were filled solely with Red, White and Blue books. And of course, everyone was kitted out in Hilfiger attire.

Our space already feels like a classic townhouse that gave Replica and their team a strong foundation to work from to lean into the traditional americana vibe that Tommy Hilfiger emanates.

The Garden Room and our attached terrace became the place to relax - open, bright, and full of movement, while the DJ played in our Grand Room. We made sure the flow of the space supported their programming: no formal sit-downs, just constant motion and interaction. Our bar team handled drinks in full, coordinating across the space so guests could sip and socialize without interrupting the energy, allowing guests like Quavo, GloRilla, Carlacia Grant, Coi Leray, Jasmine Tookes, Yung Miami, and Babyface to move through the venue the same way you’d move through a home.

Every corner was built to feel photographable but not staged. The Library Room with its vintage bookshelves, velvet seating, and warm light became the backdrop for the most viral content of the day as celebs posed on our library ladders. The Bar + Brunch Room, wrapped in exposed brick and vine-covered details, added texture and warmth to the more social zones.

By mid-afternoon, the venue was at full capacity. The DJ was in full swing and the energy was exactly what Tommy Hilfinger had envisioned. The pictures speak louder than words.
