If Maxwell has a true specialty, it’s the intimate dinner — the kind that blurs the line between a private chef’s table and a cultural salon.
The placement of our Grand Kitchen next to our Grand Dining Hall allows for amazing chef tables experiences, and it’s exactly what drew Pepsi to host their latest Supper Club with us.
For one night, Pepsi transformed Maxwell into their home. The guest list was stacked with editors and tastemakers from Food & Wine and Bon Appétit. Custom menus were designed for the occasion, paired exclusively with Pepsi’s beverage lineup in unexpected ways.
The takeover extended beyond the menu: Pepsi replaced the artwork on our walls with branded pieces and even added decals to the mirrors, creating an immersive visual identity that gave the evening a singular sense of place.
Guests dined, drank, and debated across long tables, while the chef — Christina Miros — presented a menu that elevated familiar flavors into something surprising and conversation-worthy.
The night was a perfect example of what Maxwell does best: serving as a canvas for partners to create moments that feel both deeply personal and culturally resonant.
