Act two: everyone moved into the Grand Room, where One White Street's Chef Austin Johnson had taken over our Grand Kitchen. Michelin-starred cooking happening right in our house, the kind of collaboration that reminds you why we built these spaces to bring people together.

Bronson Van Wyck's workshop division handled the tablescape — every detail considered, every element intentional. Our production team made sure the night flowed seamlessly from cocktails to stories to dinner.
