What's Maxwell's availability in December?

Just a handful of December evenings remain, so share your preferred dates and we'll get back to you right away.

If your calendar is flexible, consider one of the following:

A December luncheon
An afternoon cocktail reception

How many guests can we host?

Maxwell offers multiple rooms that host parties of every size, all the way up to 300 guests. Tell us your headcount and we'll recommend the right room and layout.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is bespoke, based on the room, headcount, date and food and beverage package. Share your date and headcount and we'll send a clear proposal, no hidden line items.

What's included, and what do we bring?

We handle the space, the food from our chefs, the bar from our in-house beverage team, A/V, music setup and the on-site team. The townhouse also comes fully decorated for the season. You bring your guest list. If you'd like your own DJ, photographer or branding, we'll coordinate with them.

Can you work around what our team eats?

Absolutely. Send us any dietary restrictions with your headcount and our kitchen will build custom options around them.

What if our headcount changes before the party?

Adding guests is easy. You can grow your list anytime, up to the room's capacity. The headcount in your signed agreement becomes your minimum, so we suggest starting with a conservative number and adding as RSVPs come in.
