Theater is back in New York — and Maxwell is opening its doors to celebrate.

Join us for an exclusive afterparty following the Off-Broadway premiere of The Naked Woman — the darkly comic new play by the powerhouse duo Allie Avital and Alia Azamat Ashkenazi, and directed by Avital.

The Naked Woman arrives amid a vibrant downtown Chekhov renaissance, offering a distinctly modern, female-driven take on the psychological family tragicomedy.

The play is adapted from the feature screenplay of the same name by Avital and Ashkenazi, currently in late-stage development with a legendary independent film company, and set to be directed by Avital.

Following the opening performance, Maxwell members are invited to party with the cast, filmmakers, producers, and creative team over cocktails and conversation.
