Saturday nights at Maxwell are now defined by the highest-end cocktails, made by Michelin-trained bartenders, and served with the highest level of service. Reservation based. Cocktail waitresses and table service. A semi-private experience. Bring a date, a client, a friend. 

You will enter at 131 Watts Street where our host will discreetly greet you at the door. When your party's complete, another host will walk you through the back stairwell and down to your semi-private table in our refashioned cellar. 

A server will bring you menus and possibly a small treat or amuse. Vibey jazz and down-tempo tunes will play in the background. Dim lights, florals, and spaced out tables complete the vibe.

And then our Michelin-trained bartenders will serve up your stunning cocktails in spectacular new glassware. Perhaps a tomato martini or an orangette negroni. The Pancho Villa is like a spicy marg, but with so much more depth. Our Manhattan and Old Fashioned are the best in the city.
